Nima Design is an award-winning, full-service interior design firm based in Connecticut, specializing in high-end residential and commercial spaces. Founded by Maripi Aspillaga the firm seeks to create unique, inviting, livable spaces with an understated elegance.

Maripi Aspillaga has a Master’s degree in architecture & craftmanship in Barcelona and a Bachelor’s degree in architecture & urbanism in Lima, Peru. Her architectural background and distinctive style has enabled her to create vibrant, inviting, yet functional spaces with a modern aesthetic. She believes in working closely with her clients to create a home that reflects both her clients’ lifestyles and her own passion for modern timeless designs.

Maripi has extensive experience working with major design and architectural firms in New York and Barcelona and strives to make the design experience as seamless as possible. Her multicultural background and love for travel are significant influences on her work. She currently lives in Old Greenwich, Connecticut, with her two children, Nico and Marina, and their dogs Leo and Ollie.
